We have a small, highly skilled team who take pride in providing the best quality products and service. Our extremely experienced and reliable team have a reputation for friendliness and attention to detail and receive many commendations from satisfied customers. Simon Tinson, Managing Director, will visit you to discuss your project and prepare your schedule of works and quotation, and will also be on site to complete much of the building work. He is very experienced across the building trade, with more years experience than he may care to admit to! He is also HETAS trained to install and service wood burning stoves, and is often supported by Colin Watkins our hard working labourer, and Stuart Crowe, a general builder and hard landscaper.

Helen Tinson, our Company Secretary, keeps the office running smoothly to make sure that you receive the best possible office support to keep your paperwork all present and correct.

Joanne Tinson, our Customer Liaison Manager, will liaise between you, our customer, and our installation teams to keep you fully up to date with your project. She offers a single point of contact to ensure that your needs are fully met throughout the whole process or to answer any queries you may have.

Simon Blundell is our Surveyor and Installations Manager and is responsible for installations and technical support. He will complete the detailed survey of your windows, doors or conservatory and manage the installation process.

Our full-time fitting team, Roy and Jack Duggan, a father and son team with many years experience specialise in installing windows, doors, conservatories, garage doors and roofline products.

We can also call upon a number of reliable tradesmen who work with us on a more informal basis so that we can offer you the very best and most appropriate skills for your project.
