Our contracts and what happens then

Should you wish to go ahead with a quotation, we will ask you to sign a contract with a 10% deposit. Your deposit is fully covered by an insurance backed guarantee from the Consumer Protection Association* (*available on projects for windows and doors, conservatories, roofline, fitted furniture eg kitchens, driveways, roofing and garden buildings).

For further information on this guarantee, please visit the Consumer Protection Association website.

Our contract terms and conditions comply with both the FENSA and the Glass and Glazing Federation guidelines and have been approved by Trading Standards.

For contracts to install windows and doors, conservatories, garage doors or roofline products, our surveyor, Simon, will arrange to visit you to complete a detailed survey. At this stage, he will discuss the details of your project with you to make sure that all details are correct and you will have a final opportunity to make any changes to your order before the materials are purchased.

As much of our work is outside, we can be affected by weather conditions and sometimes experience delays but we will always keep you up to date as to who will be visiting your home and when.

To support our no-pressure approach to sales, we offer a seven day cooling off period. For further details, see our Cancellation Policy.

And then it's down to the installation or build, and the best way we can explain how we do things is to refer you to the results of our latest customer survey - it speaks for itself!
