Our Cancellation Policy

To support our non-pressured approach to sales, we offer a seven day cancellation policy if you change your  mind once you have signed a contract with us.  Full details are shown in our terms and conditions printed on the reverse of the customer-retained section of our contracts.  Any deposit paid will be returned in full.

Cancellations on contracts signed in the home are now also covered by legislation introduced in October 2008.  It is called 'The Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work etc Regulations 2008' - quite a mouthful, but it does mean that all customers who sign a contract at home or at work have seven days in which to cancel. In addition, the contractor must also provide written information on this right and give some means of cancellation, ie a form or letter that the customer can use should they wish to cancel.
