Planning Permission / Project Management
In England and Wales you will not usually require planning permission for a conservatory, provided you do not exceed the permitted development limit for your property, and the proposed conservatory complies with criteria set by the local authority. Notable exceptions are listed buildings and conservation areas. Our best advice is if in doubt, check.
Planning is something we take very seriously and, as a company, are experienced in processing planning applications, from initially establishing whether permission is required, and if so, to submitting a full application and seeing it through to its conclusion.
We offer a complete service including design, building and installation, to the completion of all internal works, leaving your new room ready to decorate and furnish. And if you would like us to, we can also help with that!
We guarantee there are no hidden extras in our prices; we will always quote for a fully functional, constructed conservatory, made to measure to your individual specification.
