Customer Survey Results

    

We make a number of promises to you, our customer, and we feel it is important to regularly evaluate our performance to ensure that we are living up to these promises.

Since 2008, we have asked our customers to complete a customer survey, created for us by Aardvark Consultancy.  We want to know how Clover is perceived by our customers to help us make further improvements, and we have been delighted by the results.

To summarise the latest results for 2010:

  • Overall, the vast majority of our customers were satisfied with every aspect of working with Clover, with an average satisfaction rating of 98%
  • This represents a year on year improvement since we started the survey in 2008, when the average satisfaction rating was 95%. We are of course, aiming for 100% next year by taking on board the suggestions our customers make for improvements
  • 70% of customers responded to the survey
  • The survey was designed and administered by Aardvark Consulting, an independent marketing consultancy based in Worcester.
