Customer Survey Results

We feel it is important to regularly evaluate our performance to ensure we continue to offer the best product and service possible to our customers.  As such towards the end of 2008, we gathered some feedback in the form of a customer survey, created for us by Aardvark Consultancy.  We wanted to know how Clover is perceived by our customers to help us make further improvements, and we have been delighted by the results.

To summarise:

• The survey was conducted in October and November 2008 
• All customers from the beginning of 2007 were contacted (excluding trade, supply only and customers requiring only sealed units)
•  Over 40% of customers responded to the survey
