Planning Permission / Project Management

In England and Wales you will not usually require planning permission for a conservatory, provided you do not exceed the permitted development limit for your property, and the proposed conservatory complies with criteria set by the local authority. Notable exceptions are listed buildings and conservation areas. Our best advice is if in doubt, talk to your local Planning Officer.

Planning is something we take very seriously and we are experienced in processing planning applications on behalf of our customers, from initially establishing whether permission is required, and if so, to submitting a full application and seeing it through to its conclusion.

We offer a complete project management service including design, building and installation, to the completion of all internal works, leaving your new room ready to decorate and furnish. And if you would like us to, we can also help with that!

Why not contact us for an informal chat about your new conservatory or to arrange a free, no-obligation visit and quote.
